Together, we bring Portland’s celebrated food culture onto the water—pairing chef-driven menus with the relaxed, intimate setting of our restored vintage vessels. This collaboration allows us to offer elevated, thoughtfully prepared food across all of our charters, from casual daytime cruises to our most refined dining experiences on Casco Bay.

Catering is available aboard every Casco Bay Custom Charters cruise, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want great food to enjoy while exploring the bay. Our onboard catering menu is designed specifically for life on the water—easy to share, beautifully presented, and grounded in the flavors of Portland and coastal Maine.
Guests can build a spread that fits their group and pace, from light snacks and boards to full meals and indulgent add-ons.
