Below deck, she offers accommodations for up to seven guests, including a separate marine toilet, a well-appointed galley, and salon for relaxation and social gatherings. Above deck, the cockpit comfortably seats six passengers, enhanced by a novel “rumble-seat” for a unique seating experience. The deck area is spacious, providing ample room for guests to lounge and enjoy the serene marine environment, embodying the perfect blend of performance and leisure.

About GLEAM

Embark on a captivating private sail through Casco Bay aboard the legendary Gleam, a classic 12 Meter designed by the esteemed Clinton Crane. Originally crafted in 1937 as both Crane’s private yacht and a beacon for the 12 Meter class revival, Gleam’s rich history and elegant design have inspired countless yachting enthusiasts. Her construction by the renowned Henry B. Nevins Yacht Yard boasts a classic mahogany and cedar hull, which has carried her through a prestigious racing career, including notable victories and roles in the America’s Cup.

After undergoing significant restorations, first in 1975 by Robert Tiedemann in Newport, Rhode Island, and most recently in 2020 at Bristol Marine’s Shipyard in Maine, Gleam continues to showcase her competitive spirit and beauty. Her triumph at the 2021 Camden Classics Cup as both class and overall winner stands as a testament to her enduring legacy and performance.
